Dr. Wahl has led a school district in curriculum mapping.  When teachers outline what they are currently teaching, gaps in content and skills can be determined.  Together, teachers can allocate content and skills to each grade level.  Gaps in instruction are eliminated which helps students to learn.  In addition, as teachers at various grade levels work together, they gain appreciation for the work of their peers.  Dr. Wahl is skilled in facilitating groups to cooperate to produce a product.
