About Janet
Janet has been
active in the field of education for more than 35 years. Her specialized training in learning disabilities
and dyslexia, as well as her personal and student-specific
guidance, has led to frequent referrals to her private
practice. Experience includes
- teaching reading and writing (K-adult)
- supervising district special education programs
- directing district-wide curricula, instruction and assessment
- interpreting data to improve instructional practices
- chairing and teaching in graduate literacy and
special education programs
